This website is operated by YRYS Eyewear, a sole proprietorship registered in France. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to YRYS Eyewear.

By accessing or purchasing from www.yrys-eyewear.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You are the age of majority in your jurisdiction

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCTS

YRYS Eyewear specializes in curated vintage designer eyewear.

Due to the vintage and collectible nature of our products:

  • Items may show minor signs of age

  • Product availability is limited

  • Certain models may not be restocked

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors exactly as intended.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Site.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

  • Payment must be completed before shipment.

  • All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or unauthorized distribution.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse suspicious transactions

If an order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.

5. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

YRYS Eyewear is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Carrier-related delays

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days

  • Items must be returned in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

⚠️ Exception:
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer law.

All content on this Site, including:

  • Product photography

  • Text

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Design

is the property of YRYS Eyewear and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Designer brand names mentioned are the property of their respective trademark owners. YRYS Eyewear is an independent reseller of authentic vintage goods and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands listed.

8. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Infringe intellectual property

  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Site

  • Submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
